1) Image formats available for TSC 244 PRO printer.

BMP: It supports images below BMP Color 256 (*.BMP), PCX: It supports images below PCX Color 256(*.PCX). So please note the image’s saving format. The images that can’t be printed can be opened by drawing board and save again.

GODEX & EZ1100+ printers support the download of images format by GoLabel.

It can download pictures in below formats to printer for printing on the latest GoLabel version of Godex’s official label editing software.: *.pcx,*.png,*.bmp,*.wmf,*.emf,*.ico,*.jpg,*.jpeg

 2) Check if it has been uploaded to printing system .(If not, needs to be uploaded for printing)  

3）Check if the pictures uploaded to printing system are same as those downloaded to printers. Please note the possibility that software will add “.Resize” to the document downloaded automatically when download pictures to printers through GoLabel.

4）There is no space in picture file’s name.
