If it’s not working in spite of any printing instruction (A)Printing port , reasons as follow: (A) Selection or setting is wrong, please check if the port correct, and if the communication parameter is consistent with the program. (B)Watch indicators on the panel, if the “PAUSE” and “RIBBON/PAPER” indicators are on, if on, please check the label paper, ribbon and head detection, and press on “FEED” to clean up above manifestation.
